Is it possible to add diff GST for customers if the Bill to and the Ship To are different?

Hello Gurus,

Is it possible to add GST for customers if the Bill to Address is Australia and the Ship to Address is Non-Australia by configuring the Tax Preference ?

Can someone confirm whether this can be done by updating the preference?
