How to Display Item Name in Saved Search Email Notification?
I have a saved search email notification for a Case record. In the Customize Message tab, I've entered the body of the message with some fields inserted from the "Single-Record Results Insert Field" dropdown including the {item} field.
When I receive the email the Item field only populates the Item Name/Number, not the Display Name, but on the Case page the entire Item Number + Display Name is shown in the drop down. I've tried adding an additional field reference in the Customize Message for Item: Display Name, but that only shows "Error: Field Not Found" in the email.
How do I get the email to display Item Number and Display Name?
