Fixed Asset Disposal Journal Entry Workflow

Dear Gurus,

i have a custom workflow for fixed asset disposal JE,

when ever i create the je from

the je created is taking the status as approved by default instead of pending approval

and the workflow is in initition state only

Please suggest
