Payment Instruments
We are working with VersaPay as our Merchant account to accept ACH from customers and Credit Cards through a customer payment portal. When Payment instruments was turned on some of our Custom fields were gone and the UI experience was different. Through the community, I saw some other users had the same problem but I didn't really see any solutions. I looked at SuiteAnswer 93724 which I tried and it did not work how it was laid out. When I chose and "offline" payment option no other fields showed up. VersaPay can't give me any solutions so I'm coming here.
