How to set up Rebate Management & Trade Promotions?

Hi,

I'm working on setting up an Rebate Agreement for customer rebates. I've configuered the transaction forms as per SuiteSolutions - Rebate Management guide by NetSuite. I'm also using the latest bundle version which is 2.0.0. for this.

I've selected Invoice as "Transaction type searched for claim" field. In the Rebate Agreement, I've defined Rebate Agreement Details and specified what customer gets what percentage of discount on what item.

I created a sales order, fulfilled and invoiced. All along, on sales order line item level, I selected Show Customer Agreement checkbox and did not check Calculate Rebates in background or Recalculate Rebates (
