Restrict records from the additional recipients selection in Mail Merge
Hi,
Is it possible to restrict records from appearing as selectable under the additional recipients on Mail Merge?
We have had an issue where someone who has both an employee and a vendor record had the vendor record selected instead of the employee and it would be useful to make it so that vendor records for example were not able to be selected as an additional recipient.
If it isn't possible to prevent vendor records being selected is it possible to change the view to include the type of record being selected so as well as showing email, to, bcc columns etc it has a type column?
