Power Query: Unable to Connect message when accessing a NetSuite Web Query from Excel

I am encountering an issue when trying to use Excel Power Query using the web link from a NetSuite report Web Query.

I am able to get several other Web Queries to load properly in Power Query.

The correct email address and cr report number are in the URL.

I wonder if the file size causes a possible time out error?

I am using Excel (Office 365).

Also, if I enter this URL into my Google Chrome web browser, the report data comes up in my browser.

 Any thoughts?
