Taxes
Hello,
I am trying to understand how Netsuite taxes work.
Our taxes as showing up incorrectly when we list them. There are taxes imported in both the "Tax Codes" and "Tax Groups". The percentages in the Tax Groups seem to be more correct than the Tax Codes.
The correct taxes are supposed to be imported automatically, yet the percentages are incorrect in the Tax Groups.
How do I get the right tax percentage to show up in invoices and quotes?
Also, where are the tax rates imported from? I would like to look at the data to make sure it is correct, as it seems some of the percentages are a little off.
