How to recreate Purchase History report

Hi. I'm new to Netsuite, but learning! We are intending to implement Purchase Orders.

I wanted to customise the PO history report by removing the filter for items since we have POs that are expenses only. I knew this report could show both as I managed to customise the report in our Sandbox prior to Refresh. After Refresh, I cannot edit the report, so I am guessing that a predecessor must have recreated the report and I was editing that. I think this because Netsuite Support have told me that the filters cannot be removed on this report.

Has anyone done this and if so, what is the best route? I find it strange that I cannot copy the report and do what I want with the copy. Options for starting from scratch are not obvious.
