MyAccount does not display non-web sales orders
Some of our customers sometimes phone in their orders, and sometimes they place them online, but the only orders they can see online (myaccount) are the ones they placed online. Is there any way of configuring NetSuite so they can see all sales orders, whether they are placed online or manually entered by us?
