Expense Allocation Schedule- How to set Up

Hi There

I have read through SuiteAnswers and the NetSuite help guide on how to set up an allocation schedule though I don't fully understand the documentation.

The set up I have is the following:

Prior to creating a journal manually from the schedule ('create journal entries button on the allocation schedule), the schedule looked like:

I couldn't create a journal without entering a Next Date.

1.     Does the "frequency" indicate when the allocation journal will be automatically posted? if there is no date entered in the "next date" field, does that mean the journal will be posted containing all transactions up till the end of Sep 2023 (as that would be the end of the current period based on today's date of 14th September 2023)

Howdy, Stranger!
