Payment Proposal

Does anyone here have information for a payment proposal? where later there will be a checklist for which bills will be paid, I have thought of a way where I create a checklist field on the bill, and it can be checked in the Bill List, but because access to edit is blocked so the user cannot check

Maybe someone here has information about payment proposals when bundling?
