How to add "Created by" and "Approved By" columns on our GL Report

Good morning everyone -

Since my first question was a success my accounting department tasked me with another question.

Our auditors requested a column with "Created By" and "Approved By" on our General Ledger Report. Going through the customization fields, I could not find anything that would provide that information. The closest I came is pictured below and it provided no results. Our Controller assures me this is standard.
