Time Off Change 'Year End Expiry'
Our Annual Leave Time Off Type is set to not allow carry over:
And I note it is also not set to reset negative balances.
It appears that NetSuite applied a large number of Time Off Changes recently to our employees - all marked 'Year End Expiry'. I think these were all applied in late September (apart from some that were applied earlier in the year shortly after staff left).
First question - will these 're-calculate' if someone takes further leave between now and the end of the year?
Looking at the Changes applied, many seem to make sense:
Employees haven't booked all their leave (yet!), so the adjustment at the end of the leave year sets their balance to 0
