How to unlock a custom field if it's being used in a website that doesn't exist anymore?
Hi Team,
We have this situation here:
Who did the implementation of this acount in 2021 (was not us) created a custom field and blocked this field when moved probably from SB but now when we see the custom item field there's no "Publisher ID" and "App ID". Also this field has ID customized as "custitem_xxx_brand".
We need to apply this field to a more than just inventory item but we cant because its locked.
Its not a good idea to create a new field because we already have custom scripts, workflows, saved searchs and reports using the current field.
