New Release 2023.2 did not update Ship Central & Guided Learning

Our account just got updated to 2023.2 however when we look at the installed bundle it still says NetSuite Ship Central 470152 and SCM Mobile 466992. As well, the "i" for Guided Learning did not appear and we tried to look into the Set Preference, there is no option to enable the Oracle Guided Learning.

Did our account get updated to the New Release?
