Why is the Sales Rep field not appearing on the PDF forms when using a specific role?

So we noticed on our printed invoices that the sales reps/order writers names were not appearing. (note the invoices are printed immediately). However, when this was brought to my attention probably a day later I checked the invoices and the names did appear.

However, on a few different invoices that me and coworker came across the names appeared for me but not for her. We cleared her Cache, and logged in and out, and the name still did not appear for he under AR Manager role or sales role. It did appear for me under admin.

Why are the names not appearing all the time?
