What is the best way to upload COA that has a parent-child accounts?

Hi Gurus!

I just wanted to pick your brain on uploading a COA that has a parent-child-grandchild hierarchy of accounts.

Is it possible to upload it efficiently in one file in one try, or does NS require that parent accounts (just like any other parent objects) exist in NS already prior to uploading children?
