I want to enable the available to promise and demand planning features, but they are not displaying

I am in the process of installing the food and beverage bundle deployment guide into my Blank OneWorld US demo account. Bundle #27 in the installation sequence (SuiteSuccess Manufacturing PRM) is not installing because it requires the enabling of the 'available to promise' and 'demand planning' features. I have installed the previous bundles in the correct sequence but the features are yet to display.
