Why Doesn't Asset Populate with NBV & Accum Depr After History Load?

Hi, Gurus!

I have a situation where I load the assets and then depreciation, and something strange happens.

When I open an individual asset record, everything seems fine except net book value and accumulated depreciation fields are empty. Screenshot 1.

When I click on depreciation history in that asset's record, I see accumulated depreciation actually, but no starting/original/acquisition cost, which I believe I must show also in depreciation history. Screenshot 2.

I only found out about this problem when I ran asset summary report and it gave me an error.

Note that I did map NBV and other mandatory fields of course when uploading the asset.
