Why Does NBV in Depreciation History & Asset Record Different from Asset Register's NBV?

Hi, Gurus!

I uploaded the assets and depreciation history and everything looks great.

Asset record shows correct values for everything: NBV, Accum Dep, etc. (1)

Depreciation history looks correct as well. (2)

However, Asset Register shows wrong NBV b/c it doesn't have "current cost" and uses "original cost" less Accum Dep. (3)

Any ideas?
