What is the impact of using Settings>Change Email Link to change a user's login email address
Good morning.
We have a group of NetSuite users whose email addresses will be changing. We understand that the email address used to log into NetSuite will need to be updated.
I have found and reviewed Suite Answer ID 24202 regarding this functionality but do have a few questions:
- I am assuming that both email addresses will need to be valid at the time of the change in NetSuite. I'm basing this assumption on the Validation link email that will be sent to the current email address which requires the user to confirm the new email address. Is this correct?
- When the user changes their email address, what else (if anything) is changed on their account? For example, will their Home Dashboard remain intact or will it need to be set up again?
