Why does the Employee Center Role not displaying Custom field values?

Hi All,

I have created a saved search to calculate PO Remaining amount value by summing all the bill amount created for that PO, and value is displayed in a Custom Field under Bill record. I am able to view the PO Remaining amount in the Bill record when logged into all roles except for Employee Center role.

On logging into Employee Center role, the field is empty no amount is displayed and when provided with the View permission for Bill, the field value is displaying 0.00 and not the exact amount. The saved search can be accessed from this role.
