How to manage netsuite connector with facebook shops > shopify
Hi,
We are trying to use facebook shop's native checkout which integrates into shopify quite seamlessly. Once an order is in shopify, netsuite connector imports it into Netsuite. However, because Facebook is considered a marketplace facilitator and has nexus in all 50 states, these orders come in with sales tax regardless of whether we, the company have nexus. Furthermore, Facebook says that it collects and pays for the sales tax on our behalf so there is no need for us to be reporting these sales tax.
My question is how to setup netsuite connector to successfully post order initiated from Facebook shop that are imported into shopify and eventually post to netsuite.
