Implementing inventory via accounting items
Hi guys,
My company is trying to implement inventory management on NetSuite using the item field. We don't have any difficult requirements. We basically want to start issuing PO's and match the bills to the right PO once we receive the bills. We order items in different countries/subsidiaries but there is only one location per country and one subsidiary per country. We do some intercompany transfers every now and then, but except for that is should not be too complex.
From what I tested it looks like NetSuite does not populate a transfer price by itself, it doesn't look like we have great options besides updating transfer price manually (maybe having a fixed price for each year). Is this so? We work with multiple vendors and prices might change for the same item (of course).
