Use custom Advance PDF Template in Print Individual Statement
Hello Experts,
I have created a custom Advanced PDF/HTML Template of type Statement. Then I created a custom Transaction form of type Statement set the custom template as preferred in custom PDF Layout form of type Statement and selected the above PDF template from the list Print Template. I set this custom form as Preferred form.
Now when I perform Transactions -> Customers -> Individual Statements and try to print the statement I get a blank pdf. If I change form to Standard Statement, I get the report with data.
I am not able to understand if I missed or did something wrong in the setup. Your help in this is highly appreciated.
