Release from restriction transaction (NFP) approval workflow

It doesn't seem that we have the ability to add an approval workflow to the Non-profit "Release from Restriction" transaction so I'm wondering if 1. this ability exists and I'm missing it or 2. if there is an enhancement request in about this that I can vote on.
