Help with storing value from custom field
I have created 2 custom fields 1 is Actual cost for each line item on a sales order, and the second which is populated via saved search is the sum of the first custom field. However, since it is dynamic I cannot use the values in reports. Is there away to create a Workflow that will store these values?
I'm more concerned with the second field, but since it uses the first custom field I'm wondering if each will need a workflow?
I've only created 3 workflows and have no idea where to start, or if this is even possible
