Missing sales person in listing of opportunities

Hi,

When I run a report for opportunities

Transaction - Sales - Create Opportunities - List

I do not find some of the sales staff at the "Sales Rep" drop down box


They do have their opportunities listed in the report below but just that their names are not in the drop down box.

Any clue please?
