The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Updating Information in Remittance Email in the Payment Automation SuiteApp
This notice applies to customers who have the Payment Automation SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite Account.
What is Changing?
You are now able to opt out of having your company logo appear in remittance emails. The Payment Automation SuiteApp currently uses your company information, including your company logo, in the remittance email sent to your vendors. Company information such as phone, return email, logo, and return address is used in the remittance email when you start paying your vendors. This information helps your vendors easily identify and reconcile payments from your company.
Required Actions
If you do not want your company logo included in the remittance email, raise a support case with the NetSuite Customer Support team. Turnaround for this request takes three to five business days to complete. Once completed, your company logo will no longer appear in the remittance emails.
