What security rights does a role need to Update Primary contact in a vendor record?
Good afternoon.
My sourcing group came to me with a problem that I am not able to help them with. I'm hoping someone here can give me direction.
My sourcing team cannot update the primary contact in a vendor record. They tell me that they used to be able to do this, but now (not sure for how long) they cannot.
Steps to replicate what they are trying to do:
- View a vendor record
- Go to the Relationships tab
- Select Update Primary
- This is where things go wrong: there should be an Edit and a Cancel button on this screen; however, all they see is the
