Who is our "solution provider manager"?

Our company needs to install a new bundle for the South Carolina SOC classification for our one SC employee. We received the email message below from NSPayroll Operations Team -

SuitePeople U.S. Payroll supports SOC Codes for the State of South Carolina in the Compliance Bundle. Please make sure the Compliance Bundle is available in your account to facilitate accurate reporting for the Q1 2024 filings.
