Subsidiary include Parent Company but exclude consolidation

Hi,

I have a question, there is a company as part of parent company however because less than 50% equity so it's regarded as affiliate, not subsidiary but client wants to put in one world.

How to use consolidation report exclude this affiliate company ? and what are the possible impacts for this ?
