Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | Resolve Error: "A shipping label could not be generated because the In Bond Code field..."
Scenario
User encounters a message on the Item Fulfillment asking of In Bond Code:
A shipping label could not be generated because the In Bond Code field is not set. Please enter a value in the In Bond Code field on the Item Fulfillment page.
Solution
There isn't any documentation regarding In Bond Codes in our SuiteAnswers articles however, upon further checking, the requirement of In Bond Code for shipments is a case to case basis as part of import/export regulations. It's possible that this is required because user is shipping to Australia or the UPS account of the customer is registered in Australia.
