NSC | Change the Revenue Plan Amount of a Partially Billed Sales Order (with no Rev Rec JEs)

Scenario:

User wants to change the Revenue Plan Amount based on the Billed Amount.

User has the following transactions:

Sales Order

Quantity: 2

Amount = $2,000

Invoice

Quantity: 1

Amount: $1,000

The Sales Order was subsequently closed after the Invoicing of the 1 item:

User also had the following preference:

Create Revenue Plans On for the item = Revenue Arrangement Creation (Revenue plans can be created when the revenue arrangement is created)

Create And Maintain Revenue Element Upon Closed Order = TRUE

However, the Revenue Plan is still at $2,000 which is the Revenue Plan amount:
