NSC | How to create a Project Task Saved Search Reminder?
Scenario:
A Project Resource wishes to set up a reminder in the Reminder Portlet for Project Tasks they are assigned to. They want to filter Project Tasks with "In Progress" and "Not Started" statuses on this reminder.
Solution:
Creating the Saved Search:
1.) Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2.) Select Project Tasks
3.) Under Criteria
Project Task Assignment fields…Resource = Mine
Status = In Progress, Not Started
4.) In the Results tab, remove all columns and add:
Name - This is the name of the Project Task
Project - Project Name
Project Task Assignment..fields : Resource Name - This will be the project resource
Project Task Assignment..fields : Estimated Work -
