NSC | How to create a Planned Time Saved Search per project and date range?
Scenario
User wants to create a Saved Search for Planned Time so that they can easily calculate the total planned time on a certain date and per project.
Solution
1.) Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2.) Select Time
3.) Under the Criteria tab:
Type = Planned Time
Employee = -Mine-
Customer = Select the Project
Date = Select Date Range
2.) Go to Results tab and check Show Totals
3.) In the Results tab, add the following fields:
Date
Employee
Customer - This is the Project Name
Item
Duration (Decimal)
Case/Task/Event
4.) Go to Available Filters and add the following:
Customer
Date
Users can also add Case/Task/Event to filter the Project Task
