Ship Central connection broken

edited May 17, 2024 12:25AM in Ask A Guru 9 comments

Hello,

We are still in our implementation phase, hoping to go live 1 July 2024. Our developer did not have ship central in his scope of works, but I felt confident that I could follow instructions on how to set up Ship Central. This was successful, however the developer removed the SCM Mobile bundle without telling me. After I reinstalled the bundle Ship Central did not work. Looking at the instructions again, it was very specific about having SCM Mobile installed before installing Ship Central. So I uninstalled Ship Central then reinstalled it.

Now I am stuck:

  • When I try to click "Manage Carriers", I get the error message "Before you can complete the action, create a ShipEngine account first."

Howdy, Stranger!
