How to add a Billing Schedule filter to a Sales Report?
Hi all,
I'm trying to help a colleague add a billing schedule to a sales report. With a saved search this is easy to accomplish: just select the "Created From Fields…" filter, and then select the billing schedule field and specify a value. In a cash sales report the same thing does not seem to be possible?
A workaround that I tried is creating a custom transaction body field with these settings:
Apply to: Sale
Store Value: No
Type: List/Record
Source From: Created From
Source Field: Billing Schedule
That works when viewing a cash sale record (the billing schedule value is shown). When trying to add this as a filter to a report, NetSuite complains that {createdfrom.billingschedule} is an unknown field. When trying to add it as a column there is an execution error.
