NSC | Account Record > CSV Update > Unexpected Error
Scenario:
The user is trying to update multiple account records through CSV. The following fields need to be updated: Name, Number, Description and Check Number.
Solution:
In order to resolve the error, the user must check the following:
- Account: if the account record can be edited (Lists > Accounting > Account > Account Record)
- Number: Make sure that there are no trailing zeroes
- Check Number: Make sure that there are no # before the number
After checking this, try importing the CSV to update the Account Records again.
Hope this helped!
