Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Built-In Netsuite "Pipeline" Reports display no data (are blank)
We have been entering Opportunities for a while and summarizing everything in manual EXCEL workbooks. Very time consuming.
I'd sure like to get our Business Development people to start using NetSuite's built-in Pipeline reports. But I can't even give them a demonstration. Running one of the two Pipeline reports:
REPORTS>PIPELINE ANALYSIS>PIPELINE BY STATUS SUMMARY
or
REPORTS>PIPELINE ANALYSIS>TOTAL PIPELINE BY STATUSES
displays nothing
I have tried everything I know with my limited knowledge of NetSuite built-in reports.
If I run the TOTAL OPEN OPPORTUNITIES DETAIL report, I get what appears to be an accurate report.
You would think that all of these Opportunities would appear on the Pipeline reports?? At least that is what the HELP screens seem to indicate.
