Workflow for Employee Record Custom Fields

HELP ME TO APPLY BELOW CONDITIONS TO WORKFLOW 🙏

On the Employee record, before record submit trigger - condition: termination date is in the future, terminated checkbox is checked.
1. set field value for terminated checkbox to unchecked
2. set field value for Live Status to "Live", condition: 'billable' checkbox is true
3. set field value for live status to "not live", condition: 'billable' checkbox is false

I have added conditions but not working as expected… After saving again the fields are back to as seen in the above screenshot (logics are not applying).
