Why do accounts with zero values disappear in custom report?
Hi There
I have created a custom financial report with the following settings:
This allows me to see all accounts part of financial sections, regardless of whether there is a dollar amount against them or not
When I view the columns by Subsidiary, the detail disappears:
When I view the columns by Total, this shows all accounts:
Why is there a difference?
Shouldn't the setting: "Show Zeroes" and unchecking "Activity Only" produce the same results? Why would the choice of column views affect this?
