Is there a way for CRM tasks to track time as "actual work" against a project?
We are currently using tracking time against CRM tasks in a project, however the time tracked isn't registering as "Actual Time" in the project? Is there a way to ensure this is calculating into Actual time?
Another issue we are running into with CRM tasks is we are unable to automate billing. Is there a work around for this as well?
