License Validation in Payment Automation SuiteApp

This notice applies to customers who have the Payment Automation SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite account.

What is Changing?

Starting July 24, 2024, Payment Automation SuiteApp will validate your license and access to payment automation features. If you have a valid license, the SuiteApp lets you perform the following processes:

  • Applying for new HSBC accounts
  • Processing payments through Pay Single Vendor, Bulk Payment Processing, and Vendor Prepayments
  • Initiating money transfers

Required Actions

To prepare for this change, you must install the NetSuite SuiteApps License Client before July 24, 2024 if you wish to apply for new HSBC accounts.

If you cannot install the NetSuite SuiteApps License Client, your payments can be processed from the Payment Automation SuiteApp until
