"NSAW Data transfer set up" and "NSAW User Management" options are disabled

Hi All,

"NSAW Data transfer set up" and "NSAW User Management" options are disabled
in Netsuite ERP under SetUp- >Integration → Configuration .

Can you please guide
us on this what could be the probable issue.
