New Permissions Required to Custom Roles in Payment Automation SuiteApp
This notice is intended for customers who have the Payment Automation SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite account.
What is Changing?
Starting July 24, 2024, Payment Automation SuiteApp will require additional permissions to initiate new HSBC account applications and process payments using Payment Automation. Below are the additional permissions required:
- View Access on Preferences Record: This permission is required to view the license details shown at SuiteBanking > Preferences > License details.
- Edit Access on License Details Record: This permission is required to keep track of your license details.
Standard roles that comes with Payment Automation will automatically have these permissions added after your account is upgraded to version 5.1 on July 24, 2024. Without these additional permissions, custom roles used in initiating or processing payment or money transfer might encounter errors.
