Cannot find Inventory number record form

Hi,
When I click on a serial number of a serialised assembly item, I get to a Serial Number Record form where all the custom item numbers fields (customisation - List,Record,&Fields - Item Number Fields) are populated against that serial number.
I want to customise this form but don't know where to find it?

The form URL looks like below
