How do I create an Employee Record with Part Time Hours? EG < 1.0 FTE?

Hello we are implementing Suite People and have Part Time Employees that we need to record for Reporting & Timesheet Postings > I cannot find a Field to record FTE (Full Time Equivalent) < 1.0
