Final Reminder: Remittance Notification Changes in Payment Automation SuiteApp
This notice applies to customers who have the Payment Automation SuiteApp installed in your NetSuite account. The upcoming release includes changes to remittance email notifications. This change will impact your account if you have configured your vendors to receive email remittance notifications when processing payments using the Payment Automation SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
Starting November 5, 2024, Payment Automation SuiteApp will use the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates feature to send email remittance notifications to vendors for ACH and check payments. This change will allow you to resend remittance notifications to your vendors, track when these notifications are sent, and include accurate payment details that contain vendor credits applied to bills. This enhancement will include the following changes:
